be the leaf
Everywhere I go lately, I am drawn to the intricate, gentle beauty of water droplets. On leaves, on spider webs, on the windshield of my car after the rain; everywhere I look my attention is captured if even for a second. When this happens, I eventually realize that there’s a reason why, and usually it’s because I’ve got a lesson to learn. So, what is it about water droplets? I think what I’m most intrigued about is the way they seem to cling to whatever surface they are on.

steady in the storm
While taking some time to transfer some of my old blog posts to this new site, I ran across one in 2010 that is a very detailed script of an intensive Immanuel Process I had. I hope that reading this will bless you and help you as you consider allowing Him to paint with you and help you through your storms. Painting with Jesus 5/5/10 A glimpse into the past few days between me and Jesus: Jesus takes me by the hand and runs me thru the streets of gold- we turn down a golden al
Just for you
A special message just for YOU! This video is something I created years ago and has impacted more people than I'll ever know. I've had many churches ask me for permission to show it to their entire congregation and received tons of emails from people who saw it and were powerfully impacted by discovering the truth in this video. The truth is.... Jesus loves you. Sit back, click play, and let that really sink in. #video #immanuel #love #forgiveness #selfesteem #overcome #joy

Intro to the Immanuel Process
A friend of mine once told me that she was envious of my ability to “self-heal”. But what she didn’t realize at the time was that I don’t heal myself… I only allow the Lord to come and do the work in me. When I say things like that to people, sometimes I get a polite nod and an “isn’t that nice” type of response. Other times I am met with a totally blank stare. I realize that this concept of “allowing the Lord to heal me” is very vague and mysterious for someone who hasn’t ex

Repairing
Reading in Nehemiah I couldn’t help but notice that the word “repaired” was repeated over and over again in Chapter 3. This passage is all about how Nehemiah found the walls of Jerusalem in ruin and was inspired by God to have them rebuilt. Often when I think of “walls” I think of the walls that I’ve put up around my own heart to protect me. My walls have been used in the past to keep everyone out… including those I love, and even for some time, to keep God out too. I’ve spen

Referee
"We are to let God's shalom be the referee and every time shalom is gone, we must stop the game and get it back before we can do anything else!" ~Joy Starts Here pg 152 I am currently reading a book that my Dad and a few of his friends have written called Joy Starts Here. One of the many things that is jumping out to me as an "aha" moment is based upon a deeper understanding of this verse: "And let the peace {shalom} of God rule {"brabeuo" to be a referee} in your hearts.....
