About me

Denesia Christine Huttula, MA, LCMHCA, NCC, CCTP ,CPC, CPRC

BS Psychology, MA Professional Counseling, Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor Associate,  National Certified Counselor, Certified Clinical Trauma Professional, Certified Professional Coach  Certified Professional Recovery Coach 

Deni believes in integrating different empirically sound counseling treatment theories in order to direct each client to what they need the most. She naturally draws from Person-Centered, Cognitive-Behavioral, Affective Neuroscience, Somatic/Sensorimotor Psychotherapy, Internal Family Systems and Mindfulness-based therapies.

Her special interests include complex trauma, developmental trauma, attachment issues and dissociative disorders. Deni has been clinically trained and is equipped to address issues such as sexual abuse, childhood trauma, anxiety, depression, personality disorders, mood disorders, and parenting issues.  She is currently accepting clients ages 6 to 99. She enjoys including art and experiential therapy techniques whenever appropriate. Her Christian faith is an important element of how she views the world and life and welcomes the opportunity to include that element in her counseling upon request only.
